Aircraft Carrier Industrial Base Coalition
The Aircraft Carrier Industrial Base Coalition (ACIBC) represents businesses that supply parts, equipment and services for the construction and maintenance of U.S. Navy aircraft carriers. Established in 2004, ACIBC seeks to preserve the strength of the aircraft carrier force and promote the value of the aircraft carrier industrial base as a vital part of the nation's overall defense structure.
American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association
The American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association advocates for the United States shipbuilding supplier community on industry-wide issues directly to Congress, the Navy, and the Coast Guard to ensure that domestic companies remain an asset to the United States defense programs.
American Society of Naval Engineers
ASNE is the leading professional engineering society for engineers, scientists and allied professionals who conceive, design, develop, test, construct, outfit, operate and maintain complex naval and maritime ships, submarines and aircraft and their associated systems and subsystems. ASNE also serves the educators who train the professionals, researchers who develop related technology, and students who are preparing for the profession. Society activities provide support for the U.S. Navy; U.S. Coast Guard; U.S. Marine Corps; U.S. Merchant Marine and U.S. Army.

The Association of the United States Army is a nonprofit educational and professional development association serving America’s Total Army, our Soldiers, Army civilians, and their families; our industry partners, and supporters of a strong national defense. AUSA provides a voice for the Army, supports the Soldier, and honors those who have served in order to advance the security of the nation.
Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries
CADSI is an active business partner to leading defense and security companies that produce world-class goods, services and cyber technologies across Canada. They are the national voice representing industry to government and offer platforms to connect companies with customers. They provide members with access to policy insights and expertise, the benefits of a longstanding relationship with the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces, and market opportunities across Canada and their allied nations.
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community to innovate for a better tomorrow through its more than 423,000 members in over 160 countries, and its highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities. IEEE is the trusted “voice” for engineering, computing, and technology information around the globe.

The Marine Machinery Association is the trade association that serves the interests of the American companies that supply products, systems and services to the world’s shipyards.
National Armaments Consortium
The National Armaments Consortium (NAC) is the industry and academia component of the Department of Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC). The NAC Vision is to be the preeminent collaboration organization that enables Government, Industry, and Academia to deliver rapid Armaments innovation for the Nation's security. Their mission is to foster collaboration between Government, Industry and Academia to deliver dominant solutions to complex National Armament challenges.
National Defense Industrial Association
The National Defense Industrial Association drives strategic dialogue in national security by identifying key issues and leveraging the knowledge and experience of its military, government, industry, and academic members to address them. NDIA, comprised of its affiliates, chapters, divisions, and 1,600 corporate and 85,000 individual members, is a non-partisan, non-profit, educational association that has been designated by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization - not a lobby firm - and was founded to educate its constituencies on all aspects of national security.
Naval Submarine League
The Naval Submarine League is a non-profit membership organization committed to supporting the submarine force and building a community of submarine advocates. The primary mission of the NSL is to promote awareness of the importance of submarines to U.S. national security.
Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium
The Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC) engages industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of naval surface technology. NSTIC members and member organizations have access to business and research opportunities focused on researching, developing, testing, and integrating complex naval warfare systems across a broad range of technology areas and disciplines.
Navy League of the United States
The Navy League of the United States, founded in 1902 with the support of President Theodore Roosevelt, is a nonprofit civilian, educational and advocacy organization that supports America’s sea services: the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and U.S.-flag Merchant Marine. As part of its mission focus, the Navy League of the United States enhances the morale of sea service personnel and their families through national and council level programs, provides a powerful voice to educate the public and Congress on the importance of our Sea Services to our nation’s defense, well-being and economic prosperity and supports youth through programs, such as the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Junior ROTC and Young Marines, that expose young people to the values of our sea services.
Nuclear Energy Institute
The Nuclear Energy Institute is the policy organization of the nuclear technologies industry, based in Washington, D.C. NEI has hundreds of members across the world and, with their involvement, develops policy on key legislative and regulatory issues affecting the industry. NEI was founded in 1994 from the merger of several nuclear energy industry organizations, the oldest of which was created in 1953.
Port of San Diego Ship Repair Association
Established in 1982 to increase industry cooperation and cohesiveness and create greater public awareness and understanding of the industry’s issues, the Port of San Diego Ship Repair Association represents more than 150 San Diego-area companies engaged in ship repair, conversion, overhaul and modernization. Approximately 70 percent of the work performed is on United States Navy and Defense Contracts.
Shipbuilders Council of America
The Shipbuilders Council of America represents hundreds of companies that own and operate shipyards across the United States, including facilities on all three U.S. coasts, the Great Lakes, the inland waterways system, Alaska and Hawaii. SCA also represents the supplier and partner members that provide critical goods and services to the U.S. shipyard industry.
Submarine Industrial Base Council
Established in 1992, the Submarine Industrial Base Council seeks to educate policymakers and the public about the need to preserve the strength of the U.S. submarine force and promote the value of the submarine industrial base as a vital part of our national security. The SIBC encourages its membership to engage in dialogue with decision and policy makers and can provide materials at the local, state and national level. On occasion, the SIBC issues media statements and provides background information for members of the national and local media.

Surface Navy Association
Surface Navy Association (SNA) was incorporated in 1985 to promote greater coordination and communication among those in the military, business, and academic communities who share a common interest in Surface Warfare while supporting the activities of Surface Naval Forces. We are an Association at the center of Surface Warfare. We provide our members support, programs, & various activities that enable professional growth, personal satisfaction, and camaraderie.
Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium
The Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) promotes the rapid development, prototyping, and commercialization of innovative undersea and maritime technology and advances learning in the undersea and maritime sector for commercial, academic, and defense organizations. Their objectives include creating awareness of all undersea and maritime-related technologies, promoting cross-utilization of technologies where appropriate, and facilitating research and learning for all members of the undersea technology community.

The Virginia Ship Repair Association (VSRA) is a regional trade association representing companies engaged in, or supporting, the ship repair industry in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. Its mission is to focus and coordinate member resources on issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the ship repair industry in Virginia and across the nation.
